Inspection and Quality Control
The cornerstone of our inspection department is our Zeiss Contura G2 CMM. While most machines use single points to measure features the Zeiss has scanning capabilities which can take thousands of points across a surface very quickly. This becomes an extremely valuable tool when measuring for flatness, circularity, and concentricity. In addition to the Zeiss, AMT has a full complement of gauges, micrometers, and optical comparators to ensure that your parts are finished to exacting standards.
